[Massplanners] Public-Private Partnership

Hi All,

Just reaching out to see if anyone has had experience managing grants funds that are dependent upon a pledge contribution from a private entity or developer. I want to get an understanding on how you've navigated that, how the funds were managed, the form of the payments and other details. It doesn't necessarily have to be from a development project, though that may help.
