[Massplanners] APA-MA HCD/Program on ADUs and the Affordable Homes Act - Two Sessions

Dear Colleagues,

Due to the overwhelming response about the Aug. 27 session on ADUs under
the Affordable Homes Act, APA-MA/Housing & Community Development will offer
a second session on *Tuesday, Sept. 10, from noon-1:15*. We understand that
some of you will be on vacation at the end of August and we want to
accommodate as many planners as possible. We know this topic matters to
many communities!

On both dates, our speakers will be Amy Kwesell, Esq., from K-P Law, and
Jenny Gingras, Westborough Town Planner. Please feel free to email
questions to me in advance. It will help us prepare for the meeting and
make it as useful to you as possible.

I believe CPTC and other organizations may offer programs on ADUs and other
aspects of the Affordable Homes Act this fall.  Massachusetts is fortunate
to have state agencies and non-profit organizations that are committed to
helping cities and towns.
