[Massplanners] Program on ADUs and the Affordable Homes Act

I'm looking forward to this event and conversation.  Personally, I think that the state is taking some steps in a good direction; but I fear that the size and speed is more than communities are ready for.  I am hopeful that the state will be more directive on the ADUs rather than using an MBTA style approach.

Here in Dracut there are a number of 40Bs (which I recognize as a consequence of community inaction and lack of change), which combined with the MBTA and now ADU reform has an increasing segment of the population in opposition to State overreach.  They are digging in their collective heels even harder in opposition to any changes, which only make progress harder and less likely!
