Start filling sandbags with incomplete Site Plan Review applications, and stack the threshold of the Planning Office entrance with a few layers.

With the Governor set to sign this bill today, when does the new ADU zoning amendments become effective?

What are next steps for towns?  Are you expediting deletion of existing bylaws and adoption of new ones?

Are you waiting for guidance and / or regulations from the state?

What is the likelihood of the state issuing and guidance / regulations and when?
