Dear Hive Mind:

For those communities that have the Zoning Board as their Special Permit Granting Authority (SPGA), do they also approve the site plan (if one is required) as part of the Special Permit process, or do they send the site plan over to the Planning Board for review/approval?

Thanks in advance.
