[Massplanners] Comprehensive Plan Update Cost

The Town of Norfolk is in a master plan process right now and the budget is
$140,000.  Town Meeting appropriated $60,000 in May of 2023 to update the
Open Space and Recreation Plan which expires in 2024.

Good afternoon everyone,



So, what is the going rate to have a consultant assist with updating the
Town’s Comprehensive Plan. Back in 2016 to 2018, Concord spent
approximately $200,000. Can’t even imagine what it is today. Any recent
figures would be helpful.
