[Massplanners] Development Impact Mitigation

Good Afternoon!

I am looking for any other municipalities that ask for development impact mitigation for Site Plan Reviews or Special Permits.  Also, do you ask for development impact fees in lieu of mitigation?  Any examples you have of the language in your bylaws and/or regulations would be appreciated.
