[Massplanners] Stoneham Zoning Recodification RFP Available

Good afternoon all,

I wanted to share this opportunity with those who may be interested..

The Town of Stoneham is seeking sealed proposals, in accordance with MGL c. 30B, sec. 6, for a qualified individual or firm to perform Consulting Services related to a comprehensive zoning recodification. On or before October 6, 2023 4:00 PM both a Sealed Technical and Sealed Pricing proposal shall be mailed or delivered to Ms. April Lanni, Procurement Officer, 35 Central Street, 2nd floor, Stoneham MA 02180, One (1) original hard copy and one (1) electronic copy in the form of a thumb drive shall be labeled with the contents of the sealed envelope as: "Zoning Recodification Consulting Services RFP #24-PCD-01 Technical Proposal" and "Zoning Recodification Consulting Services RFP #24-PCD-01 Pricing Proposal". If designation is too faint or small, bid will be dismissed and returned to the Proposer. The Request for Proposal Package will be available at 8:00 am on September 13, 2023 and may be obtained at www.stoneham-ma.gov under the Government tab select Departments and choose Procurement, the documents will be found under the current bids tab. Additionally, copies can also be requested via email at alanni at stoneham-ma.gov<mailto:alanni at stoneham-ma.gov>. The Town of Stoneham reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, and to waive any informalities in the proposals received, if it is deemed in the best interest of the Town to do so.
