Subject: MGL 41 - S81U Last paragraph - Parks

Good Morning,
I was curious if anyone has had their board implement the last paragraph of 81U to designate a park within a subdivision
for a period of three years. I am looking for any feedback and if anyone has heard of any litigation regarding this section.
I know when I was in the private sector, I never had any Planning Board apply this to any of our projects.
