Barbara,
When I was Planner in Fairhaven, they were starting the process of looking
at a Boradband/Cable study to see if the Town wanted to get into that
business of providing the service.  I left just as it was getting started.
That was about 5 years ago.  Selectman Bob Espindola was the lead on it.  I
recommend that you reach out to him through the Town of Fairhaven
selectmen's office.
