[Massplanners] In-person event for trusts on Oct. 17!

Good afternoon,

MHP is partnering with the Franklin County Regional Housing & Redevelopment Authority to learn about its Sanderson Place senior housing development in Sunderland. This event is for affordable housing trust funds and community preservation committees (CPC), as well as communities looking to support more affordable housing development.

We will start with a tour of Sanderson Place, learning from the developer about how the housing development was structured and what the town did to support the process. Then we will walk a couple blocks to the library to enjoy a light dinner, learn more about other community-supported housing developments and share with each other about our own efforts.
