Good morning everyone,

The Town of Concord Fire Department and Building Division are thinking about developing a General Bylaw to establish rules on the permitted locations for battery energy storage systems. There have been some pretty large systems proposed in the basements of residential dwellings which is problematic for the Fire Department.

Are there any communities out there that have developed something like this or thought about it?

Sincerely,

Elizabeth
