[Massplanners] RFQ/P for Bridge OPM

Good morning MassPlanners!

I am hoping someone has an example or insights for an Owner's Project Manager RFQ/P for bridges. Ideally looking for examples for a bridges/infrastructure over a public rail right of way.  Thanks in advance.
