Good morning all,
The Town of Duxbury, MA is excited to announce that we have released a Request for Proposals for a Hall’s Corner Master Plan project that will seek to create a comprehensive area plan for a small but important village center in this South Shore Massachusetts community. There is a lot to offer the creative planning and placemaking firm related to further an already well-established mixed-use commercial center that will include looking at housing, transportation, infrastructure, creative zoning, and open space plus a potential to tie in Massachusetts MBTA Communities Zoning provisions. Please see RFP on this page:

Best regards,
