[Massplanners] Planning Board Endorsement of Definitive Subdivision Plan -Administrative Act

Good Morning All,

Have a situation where the composition of the Planning Board has changed since approval of a definitive subdivision, where the plan set has yet to be endorsed by the Planning Board.

The definitive subdivision was approved in March of 2022 -fast forward to May 2023, the plan is now being readied for Planning Board endorsement.

2 things to confirm…..

1 -is the plan approval still valid &

2 -can Planning Board members who did not participate in the review/approval of the subdivision endorse the plan set as an administrative act of the Planning Board?
