[Massplanners] Private ways; temporary repairs, ordinances or by-laws

Good Morning Planners,
Our municipality has a number of private ways and the town receives multiple requests for repair work. I am interested in examining and/or
crafting a bylaw in accordance with MGL 40, Section 6N. I was wondering if anyone has this type of bylaw in their community that they are willing
to share and provide feedback on the pros and cons.
