[Massplanners] Minutes

What is the practice you follow on developing and approving minutes to Planning Board meetings?  Do you have the Planning Board Assistant write up the minutes and send to all Planning Board members for their comments/input into the minutes and Assistant revises them based on their input prior to the meeting OR Planning Board Assistant writes up the minutes and just sends to the Planning Board Chair for input OR Planning Board Assistant does the minutes and brings to meeting without input from anyone?
