[Massplanners] Master Plan RFP examples

Hi Joanne,

The Town of Palmer adopted a new Master Plan in August 2021. We received funding through the MVP program so I wrote the RFP to reflect the sustainability/resiliency/energy requirements as identified in the Town's MVP Community Resilience Building workshop.

The final plan includes two additional chapters; one on sustainability and climate resilience and the other on public health. It has exceeded our in-house expectations and recently received the APA MA Chapter 2022 Comprehensive Planning Award!

Hello Planners,

Anyone have any master plan RFPs they're particularly proud of? Please share. OCPC is working with one of our town's committees to develop a scope of services. The committee is thinking outside the box so we're looking for RFP examples especially with sustainability/resilience components and/or enhanced public outreach, or those that don't fit the standard categories chapter format. Massachusetts or beyond welcome.
