[Massplanners] Dog leash regulation?

Good morning all and thanks for robust response on deadlines for materials submitted for meetings.

Today's question comes from Board of Health domain, but I thought appropriate for this group: has your municipality adopted, or attempted to adopt a dog leash regulation?  It's being explored here.
