Great to see some of the seminal works being shared. (Though I always stop to ponder the fact that after writing The Death and Life of Great American Cities, Jacobs chose to live for nearly 40 years in Toronto).

A pair of works that really ought to be on the required reading list for all planners (probably even more important that veteran planners dive in), by Richard Rothstein (the second co-authored with his daughter, Leah):
