[Massplanners] Municipal Websites and ADA-Accessibility

BRPC is beginning to draft new web pages for municipalities in connection with Municipal Digital Equity Planning<https://broadband.masstech.org/municipal> as well as evaluating existing municipal web pages to ensure ADA-compliance (e.g., https://www.ada.gov/topics/title-ii/ and https://www.ada.gov/resources/effective-communication/).

I'm curious if anyone has had experience working with a municipality to modify its website to meet Title II and/or Title III requirements under ADA and would be open to providing insights to de-mystify the steps, process, costs, and any actionable and impactful strategies/solutions.

Thank you!
