Greetings All: FYI, the Town of Eastham has posted an RFP seeking proposals from qualified vendors to assist with revisions to the zoning bylaws of the North Eastham Corridor Special District (ECSD), including development of Form-Based Code regulations, architectural and site design standards, development of 40R Smart Growth and District Improvement Financing (DIF) Overlays, and development of a Corridor Plan for the North Eastham Village Center.
