[Massplanners] Example of Scope of Work (EFA)

Good morning!

For those communities participating in an Economic Feasibility Analysis as part of their Ch40A 3A compliance process, does anyone have a scope of work for the EFA? I have the details document about the EFA as well as the resources pages but wanted to ask and avoid recreating the wheel here.
