[Massplanners] Community Preservation Committee - Permanent Signs

Hi all,

Our Community Preservation Committee is interested in requiring permanent signs for projects funded by CPA. We already require temporary signs to be placed at the project site when under construction. Does any community have this requirement? If so, how is it funded (funds included in awarded money, funded by admin, etc)? Does the Committee decided where it is located and what it looks like or does the applicant?
