[Massplanners] Administrative Training

[Alison Manugian]

We have a couple of new administrative assistants who are new to municipal work.  Are there training programs or webinars that folks have found helpful?

Also, how standardized are other communities in regard to role of chair, admin etc.?  We seem to have a variety of approaches and responsibility assignments here.
