[Massplanners] MGL c. 40A, section 9 - Quantum of Vote for SPGA

Hello,

I am looking for examples of communities that have applied the Simple
Majority quantum of vote for applications to the local SPGA meeting the
locational and affordability requirements in accordance with the 2020
M.G.L. revisions. I am specifically looking for examples related to local
level project review/permitting rather than more general amendments to
zoning, etc.
