[Massplanners] Short-Term Rental Regulations

Greetings -

I am the chairperson of the New Marlborough Planning Board.

We are seeking guidance on appropriate regulation of short-term rentals for
our community.  Examples of approved bylaws/regulations and background
discussion about why a community did or did not decide to regulate
short-term rentals would be appreciated.
