[Massplanners] Planning Board Alternates to Review Site Plan

All,
I have a planning board member who believes that an alternate member can be
appointed to review site plans.  I know that in 40A alternates can be
appointed to sit in on special permits but am not aware of any provision
that allows the same process just for site plans.

Have the MGL been changes to allow alternates for site plan reviews?
