[Massplanners] EOI Samples

Hi All,

Looking for examples of Expression of Interests (EOI) for town projects. Have your towns used an EOI process prior to the RFP process to solicit input from interested developers? Can you share a sample of the EOI document that went out? Would love to hear stories or input on how to make the best of this process, the do's and the maybe don't do's, etc.

Upton has a church in its town center, owned by the town, for which we are exploring development options.
