Afternoon planners,
I'm looking to see who may have experience / examples of a municipal building that was put up for sale or lease for a commercial, non-residential use. I'm specifically interested to see how your community put in securities on the use of the property such that the use would continue even if the buyer/lessee themselves failed or exited from the endeavor - such as right of reverter and/or deed restrictions.
