Hello planners,

A number of MBTA communities have commissioned economic feasibility analyses for the purpose of potentially increasing the affordability component of their 3A compliant zoning. Have any of these studies been completed, and if so, would you be willing to share the results? I'm interested in seeing what towns have been finding. Thanks!
