[Massplanners] Paper street - expiration?

Watching for answers from others!
I've been under the impression that unless the Planning Board regulations
or decision included language with a specific timeframe for completion,
that recorded subdivision remains valid.
That said, we too have far too many similar subdivisions. I started
reaching out to the original subdivider or subsequent owners to discuss
their intent. In one case, the Planning Board voted to rescind the
subdivision approval (for a host of reasons).
