[Massplanners] youth sports agreements

Good Afternoon All,

The Town of Swansea is interested in allowing a regional youth sports league to utilize a piece of town-owned land to construct and maintain fields.  What type of agreements have other communities put in place in order to allow something like this to occur?  There was some question on how this could even occur given the constraints of 30B.  Thanks.
