[Massplanners] Meeting Minute Clerks

Good Afternoon,
I was asked a question today, and I was not really sure on the answer. I had someone who is interested in becoming a minutes clerk (not necessarily for one community), but
they were not sure on how to go about it. I know my board had a minutes clerk for a few years prior to hiring a steady admin. Any information would be appreciated.
