Leeann,

The Planning Board doesn’t have any adopted regulations on how to conduct
their business?  Sounds like the answer is no. The Planning Board doesn’t
vote a monthly schedule of meeting in December for the upcoming year? If
not, I guess you have to wait it out until the Board needs to meet.
