[Massplanners] Friday Question

Thank you for the responses.  However, what if there’s a situation where the Chair refuses to call a meeting and the Vice Chair/Clerk has resigned and the remaining members are newly elected?  Friday question morphed into a Monday quandary.  ☺

Who can call/schedule a meeting of an elected board, commission, committee?  Is it only the Chair?  Or can a member or certain percentage of the board call/schedule and post a meeting?  Thank you!
