[Massplanners] Planning Board project/permit tracking

Hi,
Does anyone have a template tracking spreadsheet for PB permitting that you really like? Looking for a simple, easy-to-keep-updated, comprehensive way (document) to track project review milestones and permit deadlines, etc.
