The Middleton Planning Board recently adopted new “General Rules” that contain meeting conduct, fees, procedures for providing abutter’s notices, rules for hiring outside consultants, zoning bylaw amendment petitions, and special permits.  These General Rules are separate from the Subdivision Rules & Regulations, which I am currently finishing up.
