Job Description: The MVP program provides funding and support for communities in Massachusetts to plan for climate change resiliency and implement priority projects. Since 2017, the program has invested $100 million in building the Commonwealth's climate resilience, with 97% of municipalities participating. The MVP Deputy Director will report to the MVP Director and aid in conducting grant administration; overseeing MVP interns, staff and consultants; implementing special MVP projects around program improvement; and coordinating communications. In addition to serving as the MVP Deputy Director, this position will work with the Director of Climate Adaptation and Resilience to support statewide resiliency project management, coordinate between MVP and statewide initiatives, and lead visioning and build out of the resilientma.mass.gov website.
Salary Range: 75,653.00 - 87,000.00 Yearly
