[Massplanners] Forming Master Plan Steering Committees?

Hello,

For those communities that have conducted relatively recent master plan
updates, I would be interested in hearing how your advisory or steering
committees were formed. Who took ownership of forming them -- Planning
Boards, Select Boards, City Council? Was there a joint effort between
Planning Boards and other officials? And how many members did your steering
committees have?
