[Massplanners] Structural engineers?

Hi planners,

We're working with a park friend's group in Brockton to reinvigorate the 700+ acre D.W. Field Park, on the National Register of Historic Places. There's a stone memorial/observation tower in the park (https://www.wickedlocal.com/story/archive/2008/10/09/tower-hill-in-brockton-rich/39639502007/) that is in need of some love and restoration.

Anyone have any structural engineer recommendations or experiences?
