[Massplanners] "Notice by mail, postage prepaid"... quick poll

Good afternoon Massplanners,
As life continues to get more complicated, familiar procedures continue to
evolve. Please just respond back to me regarding whether (1) you send your
public hearing notices by Certified Mail with green cards for return
receipt (2) you use a Certification of Mailing, (3) your applicants are
responsible for abutter notification or (4) you notify abutters some other
way.
