[Massplanners] Municipal Ownership of Solar Array

Good Morning Planners & Happy Halloween!

Curious if any municipalities hold ownership of a solar array.  Not simply a lease agreement, but ownership of equipment including batteries, transformers, inverters, etc.  Our community is trying to explore its options to power some large new warehouses given we own large tracts of land nearby these facilities.
