[Massplanners] Removing Parking/Expanding Greenspace

Hey all,

I am hoping to get some good examples of where Massachusetts communities
have removed a surface parking lot and replaced it with a plaza or other
form of greenspace.

Would also like to know how this affected adjacent businesses.

Apparently, the potential loss of 35 spaces, out of 500 within a five
minute walk, is going to bankrupt the adjacent restaurants.
