[Massplanners] special permit criteria

Good morning all

Does anyone have special permit criteria in your Zoning Bylaw that you are particularly proud of?  We have none here (other than imitation of G.L. c. 40A s. 6 and some additional verbiage about "in harmony with the purposes of the Bylaw").
