[Massplanners] Signatures on Planning Board Decisions

The Town of Shirley Planning Board members have always signed all Planning Board decisions by hand.  We are now considering sending the Planning Board decision electronically to all Planning Board members for electronic signature on all Planning Board decisions.  Any law, rule or regulation you know of that says we cannot do this that you are aware of?
