[Massplanners] Safe Routes to School Infrastructure Grant Application Process

I'm sending this out of complete frustration.

Has anyone else experienced difficulty getting into MassDOT's MaPIT tool or generally with the process for submitting a SRTS grant application? I submitted an application for the town back in 2019 and remember it being a process to actually get access to the tool and am once again having difficulty. Mostly just venting here.
