[Massplanners] Seeking consensus building case studies for SNEAPA

Hello Planners,

I'm pulling together a SNEAPA conference session proposal with Beals + Thomas about our success in creating a consensus around a new wetlands policy in Salem, but I think the session would be more worthwhile if there are a total of two or three cases presented. Overall, we started with very strong and divergent views in the community and pushed through with robust stakeholder engagement and the use of an expert consultant. So I'm interested if anyone else has had a similar experience that results in lessons worth sharing at SNEAPA and would like to considering partnering.
