Eversource Energy has a number of open Siting Specialist roles in its Transmission Siting Group.  A Siting Specialist is responsible for leading and coordinating timely regulatory filings, which include; applications, petitions, sub-petitions, and other similar filings.  Working with team members from within the company, with legal counsel and outside consultants, the Specialist has input into project design, outreach, and mitigation.  A Specialist works closely with municipal planners and town/city boards and commissions, as well as with state agencies and regulatory boards, to obtain project approvals and to ensure compliance with conditions attached to project approvals.  An understanding of electric transmission is desired, but is not a requirement.  Eversource offers a flexible work schedule, a competitive salary, and excellent benefits.
