[Massplanners] preliminary site feasibility study scope

Hello Planners,

I'm assisting several communities with preliminary site feasibility studies for affordable housing. Each community has set aside some funds to hire a consultant to complete the study, and I am working on drafting up scopes of work. I have several good examples of finished studies from other towns, but do not have any examples of scopes of work that towns have used when procuring a consultant. We hope the study will cover site survey, utilities, stormwater, wetlands & other resource areas, soils survey, and initial development concepts.

If you have a scope you are willing to share, I'd greatly appreciate it!
